When making a template to be used with a copy ring, the distance between the router bit and the copy ring must be taken into account. This distance is calculated using the following formula: (copy ring diameter (K) - router bit diameter (F))/2. The copy ring for routers runs along the template and transfers its shape to the workpiece. It is indispensable for working with templates and has a bayonet lock for quick changes without tools.

The HSS countersink drill bit with a cylindrical shaft provides even countersinking for screws and deburring of holes in hard materials. The ground countersink drill bit is made of HSS (high-speed steel) and provides optimal surface quality for easy work on hard materials. Three 90-degree cutting edges continuously deliver outstanding vibration- and burr-free results when cutting through hard surfaces. The HSS countersink drill bit is manufactured according to DIN 335. The best result is achieved by working at low cutting speed. It is suitable for use on non-ferrous metals, steel, and cast iron and has a cylindrical shaft system

A double-ended tip increases the value for the user because it can be combined with different or identical head types. It has an external hexagonal shaft of 1/4 inch and is intended for universal mounting of screws with screwdrivers and screw machines. This Extra Hard screwdriver bit is a good choice for versatile use. All tasks can be performed thanks to the bit's modified S2 steel and an optimized heat treatment process, which provides extra hard quality and enables sufficient performance in all tasks. The tapered torsion zone of the bit easily handles maximum circumferential speeds when absorbing force and vibrations during screw assembly, making it suitable for all tasks
