Directions for Use
Shake well before use. Apply generously and evenly to the face 15 minutes before UV exposure. To maintain protection during continued UV exposure, reapply every two hours or after significant contact with water, towel drying, swimming, or heavy sweating. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if you are swimming or sweating.

Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you are using a sunscreen.
