This Thermal Compound thermal paste is designed for use on both CPUs (also called processors) as well as GPUs (also called graphics cards), and comes in a tube with 2 grams for many, many uses when changing coolers. We have included a scraper that you can use to spread the thermal paste evenly so that you get optimal contact between the CPU/GPU and cooler.
