Its internal LED array measures heart rate, while the thermometer monitors temperature and the accelerometer tracks steps, calories burned, and distance travelled. During sleep, the ring records individual sleep phases, waking periods, and temperature changes, providing detailed insight into rest and recovery.

The Productivity Score provides an indication of mental readiness based on the collected data, with a score of 80 or higher representing peak mental condition. The smooth, touch-sensitive surface responds to taps and scrolling gestures, allowing compatible EVEN G2 functions to be controlled without reaching for your phone. The ring combines zirconia ceramic with medical-grade stainless steel and has an IP68 rating for protection against splashes and brief immersion in water. With up to 4 days of battery life, support for iOS and Android, and a size 9 design, the R1 integrates health monitoring and smart glasses control into the EVEN REALITIES ecosystem.
