To activate DJI Care Refresh, users must register the service through DJI’s activation page using the Care Refresh code, product serial number, and personal information. After successful activation, the service is assigned to the correct region and confirmed via email.
In case of an accident, the user reports the issue and sends the device to DJI’s service center with information that DJI Care Refresh is active. After receiving the repair assessment, the user can choose between paid repair/replacement or replacement through DJI Care Refresh. Once the replacement fee is paid, the replacement unit is shipped with priority service.
DJI Care Refresh does not cover lost, stolen, abandoned, or intentionally damaged products, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, unauthorized modifications, incompatible accessories, or damage occurring outside the service period.
