The latest Philips shavers have a built-in replacement reminder in the form of a cutting unit symbol. The symbol lights up and shows when the cutting heads need to be replaced.
After replacing the cutter heads, you can reset the replacement reminder by pressing the on/off button for more than 7 seconds. Otherwise, the replacement trigger switches off automatically after 9 shaves in a row.
