Zassenhaus Skærebræt akacie 36x23cm

Many carving boards could take a slice out of this one. The model from Zassenhaus looks beautiful and, thanks to the acacia wood from sustainable plantation cultivation, is also extremely durable. With an end-grain board, the cut is made not lengthwise but across the trunk. The pieces are then cut into cubes and reassembled using a particularly sturdy end-grain construction. End-grain wood is not only visually appealing. It withstands pressure especially well, and its fibers close again through moisture and new cuts. This keeps your board looking beautiful for a long time. The grain makes each board unique. Decorative for presenting cheese or ham.

Note: As wood is a natural material, discoloration, cracks, and warping may occur. These are not grounds for complaint.
