ASV-PV is een automatische balansklep die een constante drukverschil over de stijgleiding handhaaft. ASV-PV kan worden ingesteld om het drukverschil in verschillende Dp-instelbereiken te regelen: tussen 5 en 25 kPa (10 kPa fabrieksinstelling), 20 tot 40 kPa (30 kPa), 35 tot 75 kPa (60 kPa) en vanaf 60 tot100kpa(80kpa). Bij levering is ASV-PV ingesteld op de fabrieksinstelling. Het bevat een afsluitfunctie en een aftapkraan. ASV-PV is ontworpen voor installatie in de retourleiding.

Danfoss ASV-PV-4G DN15 differential pressure regulator 1/2" Product description: DANFOSS ASV-PV-4G DN15 5-25 kPa KVS 1.6. ASV-PV is a combined differential pressure regulator and shut-off valve. The valve is equipped with a handle for shut-off and in the center of the handle, an adjustment of the differential pressure with an Allen key. ASV-PV is used in heating and cooling systems to maintain a constant differential pressure over a group of radiators, floor heating manifolds, fan coils, cooling ceilings or motor valves. ASV-PV can be set to regulate differential pressures between 5 KPa-25 KPa / 20-40 kPa / 35-75 kPa / 60-100 kPa. The valve is installed in the return line (differential pressure regulation) and regulating valve ASV-BD or MSVF2 is installed in the supply line (flow regulation/verification). ASVP-V ensures a constant differential pressure so that correct pressure drop and flow are maintained over its valves (Kv settings), as well as avoiding flow noise. The valve comes pre-set from factory.
