Make your own beautiful homemade snow globe with this clear plastic ball, which has a white plastic lid and is completely waterproof. Personalise your snow globe by gluing decorations to the bottom of the lid and filling the globe with water and perhaps glitter or artificial snow, for example

Glue decorations inside the bottom of the lid with a water resistant glue, e.g. glue gun. Fill the ball with water and perhaps glitter or artificial snow. For best results, fill the ball about half a centimetre from the edge, depending on the density of the decoration, then on screw the lid. The lid can also be decorated, for example with masking tape. Create small figures that can withstand being immersed in water, such as shrink plastic, laminated pictures, Fimo and Cernit figures, beads and so on.

The finished snow globe can be used as decoration.
