BAHCO Bimetallic crown

Bahco Sandflex® holesaws are designed for high-precision hole cutting, ranging from 14 mm to 152 mm in diameter, and are capable of cutting through materials up to 38 mm thick. They are compatible with portable electric or pneumatic tools, as well as a wide range of drilling, boring, milling, and other machine tools. Each saw features varipitch (4-6 tpi) teeth, ensuring smooth and efficient cutting. The cutting edges are made from high-speed steel for added hardness, while the welded seams provide accuracy in the cut. The bodies of the saws are heat-treated to maximize strength. The size of the holesaws is 140 mm, with arbors available separately to suit different sizes.
